The“10th China-Shanghai High-end Talent Exchange Conference”, jointly organized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and the Shandong Provincial People's Government, was held in Jinan. Our foreign expert ----Prof.Berry Lesser from Dalhousie University in Canada was invited and awarded “Qilu Friendship Award”, known as the highest honor awarded by the provincial government to foreign experts working in Shandong Province. Up two now, two foreign experts of our university have won this honor.
