Professor Wang Jinxiu, who has focused on government budget and accounting research for more than 30 years, is a Doctor of Economics and a Postdoctoral Supervisor of Management Science. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Central South University of Finance, Economics and Law, an outstanding talent of the Ministry of Education in the new century, Director of China Finance and Taxation Law Research Association, an academic member of China Budget Research Association, Director of China Government Budget Performance Special Committee, a performance appraisal expert of Hubei Provincial Department of Finance, and a member of Wuhan Municipal People's Congress, a budget expert of the Standing Committee and Executive Director of Wuhan Audit Research Association. He has undertaken more than 30 research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Fund, the National People's Congress and the Ministry of Finance. He has published nearly 20 monographs, teaching materials and translations, and more than 100 academic papers.
