On October 18, the signing ceremony for the joint training of high-end accounting talents between Shandong University of Finance and Economics and Jinan Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. was held.Han Zuosheng, deputy secretary of SDUFE party committee, Wang Yuzhu, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Jinan Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd., and relevant persons in charge of the School of Accounting attended the ceremony.

In his speech, Han Zuosheng expressed his gratitude to all sectors of society for their support and assistanceinthe development of SDUFE and briefly introduced the SDUFE discipline construction and achievements.He pointed out that Shandong University of Finance and Economics was rated as the “the establishment of the project of university with talent training characteristic under provincial and ministerial joint construction,” “provincial key universities under the provincial and ministerial joint construction,” and is also the first university to be supported by the Shandong Province's connotation enhancement and prestigious university construction project.He hoped that in the follow-up cooperation, through the establishment of a long-term and deeper cooperation mechanism, high-end accounting talents and high-level financial talents will be jointly cultivated, to achieve complementary advantages, mutual benefit, and win-win results.

Wang Yuzhu briefly introduced thecompany and its developmentin his speech.He pointed out that Jinan Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a municipal first-level enterprise and a wholly state-owned company approved by Jinan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government. It is the main force and leading enterprise in the expansion and strengthening of the local financial sector and provides support and guarantee for building a regional financial center.He said that he will use this cooperation to make good use of the strategic resource of talents, rather than only introduce talents from certain regions, and to cultivate talents with all efforts by striving to create an atmosphere that respects talents and supports innovation in a bid to build Jinan Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. into a nationwide financial talent incubator,thus achievingthe improvement of talent construction and financial service quality.

Han Zuosheng and Wang Yuzhu jointly unveiled the “Shandong University of Finance and Economics High-end Accounting Talent Training and Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Employment) Practice Base”. Wang Yuzhu awarded the internship license to the intern representative of Shandong University of Finance and Economics.
