In 2020, the first year of the implementation of the comprehensive college entrance examination reform in Shandong Province, Shandong University of Finance and Economics has successfully completed the recruitment of students and achieved gratifying results.

SDUFE holds a stable position in the top three provincial universities regarding students’ enrollment. SDUFE’s admission score for general majors (categories) in Shandong province ranges from 613 to 564 points. The admission level exceeds Shandong Province’s special type of admission control level (short for special admission level) by 32 points. In addition, SDUFE has also achieved remarkable results in optimizing its enrollment management per major (categories). For instance, the top 10% of students in the province account for more than 70% of its enrollees. It is worth mentioning that in the comprehensive evaluation enrollment, 40% of the enrolled students attained 30 points more than the required score for special recruitment, the highest score being 600. Furthermore, the admissions for Sino-Foreign Cooperation Programs and School-Enterprise Cooperation Programs continue to lead among provincial universities.  The enrollment plan of 3 new projects has been successfully completed of which, the admission score of School-Enterprise Cooperative Accounting Major ranged from 594 to 562, showing outstanding performance. Jinan day-study, rural special, art, sports and other types of enrollment also increased steadily, which is in line with expectations.

SDUFE has also achieved excellent results in the enrollment of students in the four external comprehensive college entrance examination in the provinces of Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin and Hainan. Ranking first among colleges and universities in Shandong Province and in comparison with the admission level of Zhejiang, ranking the second in Tianjin and Hainan, and ranking the third in Beijing.
